Task 1

MYSELF
I am Khai Ern from Malaysia. I am 19 years old. Being the second child and the eldest son in the family is one of the hardest job. I was sent to stay with my grandparents in Penang since I was born, so I didn't know my parents well and didn't even have any memories of them until I was sent back. My parents work in Singapore, so I had my primary school education there. After graduating from primary school, the whole family move to Sabah because of my father's career. I had a wonderful life there as time passed really fast. After 6 years of education, I am now a student of Point College preparing myself to be a designer. I, as a music lover, couldn't live without music. People ask me why am I plugging in earphones always and I will tell them that as I am afraid of silence. As I have too many siblings, I am worried about my father as he is the only breadwinner in the family. For me, I have an elder sister and little sister and a little brother. My younger sister is the youngest among my family , is one of the most important person to me.

Task 4

Modern City

My ideal of future city is called Nature City. The city is cover up with flora and fauna. Roads for cars does not exist anymore as we sits on automatic flying machines! This flying machine can bring us to any places in the city. The place used to be roads or highways are now trees and beautiful flowers. Humans do not have to eat food anymore, they can just have the meals using a tiny pill with have a types of nutrition. Buildings are mostly make with thick glasses which make the whole city looks beautiful. Every single family should have a machine to exercise as many of our work have been replaced by machine. Humans have to exercise in order to stay healthy. Companies that produce substances which will pollute the environment have to shut down. Electricity in the city are using wind or water to produce to save the environment for our next generation. The air is very fresh for our humans’ health as all of the polluted substances have been banned. Radiation greatly reduced down by a radiation reducing machine build under the ground. Planting trees and flowers is one of humans’ daily hobbies. Plants is one of the most important element to keep our fresh. Throwing of rubbish on the ground can led to a person to stay in jail to keep the environment clean. Water in lake, river and ocean is so clean that aquatic animals can be seen clearly. This is the ideal of my modern city.

Task 3

Piano

There is one a very old piano. For about one hundred years, the piano did not get any damage. The piano have changed for at least three hundred owners. It’s a very beautiful piano which have melodious sound but their owners won’t have them for longer than three days as the piano is really wired. It didn’t even look old for such a long age, its owners can still sell them away at a good price. Lots of people still want them as it is really a beautiful piano. Peoples said that the black keys will make a person feel sad and the white keys make happiness. Those owners never click on the white key as no one love to be sad. Soon, their find that the piano doesn’t make beautiful sound without the black keys. One day, this piano came to a successful pianist. He becomes successful because of his attic faith as he never give up on anything in his life and he believe that every difficulties he met had a solution in it. On the first day, he played on his new piano, he feels the same as others but because of his faith, he tried second, third and fourth time. The fifth time, the same thing happened and this time he never stop playing no matter how sad he feels. Slowly, the melodious sound of the piano make him to forget about the sadness and move on. After that, the piano didn’t change an owner again. Life is like a piano, the white keys shows happiness and the black keys shows sadness but as you ventured on life’s journey, remember that the black keys also makes music.

Rice
It's called wheat before it's called rice It's brown before it turn white They are parts of human's daily meal They are rich in carbohydrates They can be in brown They can be in white You can never count them You will not eat them alone Can be fried Can be steamed It's born in the ground It end in your stomach They can be fed to chickens They can be fed to humans It's hard before it's cooked It's nice after it's cooked They can be cooked into porridge Which is just a little mushy They can be eaten with sausage Which will taste more yummy...
